The Cardea eProcurement system is a web based electronic source-to pay solution, providing a comprehensive range of services covering the purchase to pay cycle, catalogue management, contract management, supplier management, stock control, eSourcing, eInvoicing, spend analysis and back office system integrations.

The Cardea solution will provide the NHS Organisations within Durham & Tees with an easy to use, efficient and effective platform, which will help to identify and eliminate any duplication and transactional inefficiencies that exist within the procurement and supply chain processes, and also assist in the management and control of its combined £350 million spend.


The NHS bodies involved in the Durham and Tees Regions consists of the following organisations:
